Rock Content Customer Migration

WARNING 1: customers shouldn’t have access to this form. Is for internal purposes only.
WARNING 2: the customer must create a Rock Stage account by his own, to accept the legal terms. Migration team can’t create the account.
WARNING 3: the customer needs do be available to approve the migration and do the DNS changes. Customers that don’t reply our e-mails and delay the migration for more than 40 days, will have the migration canceled, and the sales rep/CS will need the realign with the customer and re-start the process.
